Shipping

We try our best to make our shipping prices as affordable as possible, as such most items will have a shipping option which does not included tracking.

If you select this option the item cannot be tracked, proof of postage can be provided but if the item is lost in transit the buyer accepts responsibility and no refund will be issued.

If a tracked option is selected and the item is lost or damaged please contact us and we will replace it free of charge.

All pins are sent using Isle of Man post office and all fees are available on their website if you want further information. Course boards are sent using various third party couriers depending on destination.

International customers : Please be aware customers are responsible for all import/vat/customs fees for international shipping in their respective countries. These will not be displayed in the price at checkout. Failure to pay these fees could result in your items being returned to us. If this happens customers will be refunded the order amount, minus provider fees, as long as the items are received in good and undamaged condition.
